There was a black smear down the middle of all the papers with this cartridge. Defective. Will not waste my time on the knock offs anymore.

This cartridge was defective and did not work like the originals from my printer

Of the four cartridges I recieved, three are fine so far. But unfortunately, the Yellow cartridge does not fit properly. This causes misaligned prints and yellow toner smearing across the page. I advised customer support about this 10 days ago, and still haven’t gotten any assistance, or a replacement. Very unhappy, mainly with customer service.
