The box I received is missing 2 important dividers while there is one extra door, very disappointed

It`s been a week I did not hear from the customer service I wrote about 2 square pieces I received that are torn up on one of their edges. I bought this item as a new, not the used one, so I expect to receive all pieces in a new and perfect condition. Because of that I still did not even start to put all pieces together. I need to replace these 2 pieces or I prefer to return the item.
