Didn't originally come with all the parts, but after a quick email they sent out the missing bolts and wrench. Unfortunately they weren't careful about grabbing the correct bolts so I'm still unable to put it together the directions said it was suppose to have: 2 m8x25mm bolts 6 m8x30mm bolts 4 m8x55mm Instead I received 4 m8x20mm 4 m8x30mm 4 m8x55mm It's not the first time I've ordered a chair here, but it is the first time I've had issue. Main take away check all your parts to ensure you were in fact provided what you need.

I appreciate this chair is built for a bigger person but when sitting in the chair, it just does not feel comfortable. I feel like it needs to be titled up more as I feel like I am falling out of the chair

L'assise est un peu trop longue pour moi, je ne suis donc pas super confortable sur la chaise. Sinon très confortable et facile à monter!
