I purchased this chair with high hopes and expectation after throughly going through the reviews. May be my purchase was unlucky. Not even two years and the screws in the base that supports inclinations came off. I am not even close to 400 lbs (capacity of this chair). On further inspection of the base, I realized that is it is not very sturdy. The inclination is now so much that I cannot even sit on this chair comfortably anymore. It was an expensive chair that lasted less than 2 years. I have reached out the support team to see if there is a way to salvage it before I throw it in garbage. Thanks.
