Great buy, i am happy to have purchased. The armrests were slightly difficult assembling on my own but I found that starting with the lower bolt and leaving it loose while kneeling on the chair and using my shoulder to push the backrest rearwards until the top hole lines up then tightnen up all their bolts after both armrests are in place. The rest of the chair is so simple to assemble and is very comfortable. I also upgraded the wheels to rollerblade ones and it makes a huge difference

Arrived before expected with no damage to packaging and all parts were accounted for. Assembly was relatively quick taking approximately 20 minutes to complete. A second person to help assemble the chair would be a benefit since the chair is large and the individual pieces have some weight to them. The chair is sturdily built and all functions work effortlessly. It doesn't hurt that it is a good looking chair and is very comfortable. I would consider the chair to be a good purchase and value.

Very comfortable chair! Assembly was great except putting in the final screw for the arm/elbow rest. The hole was not aligned properly with size of armrest. It's about 1/4 inch shy. Mine results in a little loose because I am unable to reach the pre-screwed hole on upper part of chair of my right side.

Built well easy assembly. Excellent replacement for my Lazy boy high-back office chair. Comparing the price to the Lazy boy this was a excellent value. I would highly recommend this chair.
