The chair in itself is comfortable and can accommodate a big and/or tall person; however, I had to order the seat again because it came broken. This is a design flaw. The levers for the chair are controlled by cables, much like the gear changing cables on bicycle. The problem is that where these cables connect to the chair hardware are not very well protected and can easily break. Needs a redesign with this.

Good quality and comfortable like sitting in a sofa. I don't give it full mark because it missing accessories, screws and key inside for assembling. It toke another week to receive them.

So far so good. Seems to be everything that was advertised. Putting it together was not too difficult.

Very comfortable chair, I do long hours on the office and it's very good for the price, it's sturdy and easy to assemble I rated it 4 because the materials and the finish could be better
