THE COMPANY is ALL ACES! SUPER SUPER HAPPY. STAPLES sells this for $109. Math tells me that's MORE than 60% off. SPECIAL NOTE HERE.. I needed a bit of help SHOPPERS PLUS to get the chip into the new cartridge. It was not intuitive to me. BUT then customer service person ANTONIA helped me... very patiently mind you... until I got it running. Works LIKE A CHARM. ANTONIA is great. ANTONIA completely turned me around on this. ANTONIA is TOPS and so is SHOPPERS .

I bought cartridges with the chip on the same delivery order. I wanted to see if the chip was really transferable without a great risk in cost if I could not perform the extraction. Thankfully, the instructions on your website made it easy,
