Brother DCP-L2550DW All-In-One Monochrome Laser Printer
The Brother DCP-L2550DW works well - appreciate Automatic two-sided printing - excellent connection to printer via wireless from computer and other devices (tablet and cell phone) - only prints in Black & White but that is ok. Very happy with purchase so far.
Good printer and scanner. The printer is slightly noisier than our old one but OK. There is no fax function which was my mistake for not reading the description.
It prints well, and quickly. The scanning feature works well. In additon to the normal paper tray, it has a feedtray & a manual front feedtray (which I use for occasional special feedstock, e.g., labels).
Good printer/scanner, no problems so far. Setup was fairly easy, although I had to figure out some of the wifi setup on my own. Prints from MacBook Air, Pro, Windows PC laptop, and Android phone. No fax, I don't need it. Auto duplexing works well. Would have been nice to have an SD card slot, and one-button scanning to Mac and Android instead of only to a (Windows) PC.
GOOD PRODUCT
Purchased this model to replace my MFC Brother that has been amazing and lasted a good 6+ years, my old one still works but the duplex printing stopped working and the response rate of the printer itself got really slow. This DCP out of the box was seamless to setup, only drawback is the duplex printer is rather loud and makes a *click click click* sound not sure if it’s supposed to do that and be so loud, kind of sounds like it’s at about to croak. But otherwise all good.
