Now that I have managed to connect to wifi, the printer seems excellent. But the instructions for connecting are incomplete and getting help from Brother was difficult, confusing, and time consuming. If you are trying to enter your network password, use the up and down arrow keys. Letters or numbers eventually appear. Press OK after each correct letter or number. If trying to connect using your router, hold down the wpi button for 5 seconds.
