A gift for another who seems pleased with it. Quality build.

It has good support when leaned against. It may not be as soft as one would hope, but with the firmness it means the shape will hold longer. One improvement I would suggest would be to make the back higher so that it can also support the upper back and neck.

very supportive and comfortable to use

I didn't have any problem "unfluffing" it or any unwanted smells. It look about an hour or so to be of usable shape, and waiting longer just added a little more volume, but nothing drastic. Maybe I'm not as sensitive to smells as others, but I didn't have any issues.
