Worked perfectly on a new laptop with no ethernet port and lacked USB 3.0 ports. Solved two issues at once. It was plug and play on my laptop. No issues using it. As a matter of fact it increased my internet speed ever so slightly. You can't go wrong with this device. Highly recommended.
