Great celling mount. Heavy duty and sturdy. Easy to follow instructions for installation. Highly recommend.

All it take is a solid beam in the ceilling, and in my case i use the nitch opening to hang the frame ti solid wood frame. The end result is fantastic. It save a lot of cupboard space and look very nice. The product itself is of good quality and the length is very adjustable. Tips: Put in the wire or cable inside the tube before you connect the tube.
