    These were perfect for my two Havanese puppies. The bell is a simple jingle to let you know the dog is around, not a sound to annoy the neighborhood.

        Good price and like the adjustable collar; only complaint is the cats would rather play with it then wear it - I don't foresee the material holding up to cat claws lol
