        The product arrived with a terrible stench, a musty damp smell, it is absolutely disgusting especially during this period COVID. It must be stored in a damp environment for a long period of time. I had ordered numerous times in the past without issues except for the shipping box being deformed/used, cardboards taped together which was annoying /unprofessional. This is the worst experience ever, buyer beware!

          The sponge matter isn't made well. The foam lacks the balance or push back you'd expect from a mat. I have a better quality mat in my kitchen from costco at a cheaper price.

            J’ai acheté ce produit le 1er dec 2019. La boite de contrôle pour monter-descendre n’a jamais fonctionnée et cela fait 3 mois que je tente d’obtenir une pièce de remplacement. Le service après-vente est nul et le produit dysfonctionnel. Avoir su j’aurais payé un peu plus cher et choisi le produit chez IKEA.

              Order placed July 25th. As soon as I opened the box I noticed a bunch of broken plastic pieces and then spent some time finding all the plastic pieces in the box were broken some how... one of the legs came pretty scratched as well. I contacted customer support immediately and was offered replacement parts OR 10 whole dollars store credit... Obviously I went for the parts and I was told that I would receive them in 3-5 business days. It is now august 12th over 2 weeks later and I still have not received any parts so I contacted customer support again only to find out that none of the parts have even been shipped to me. I would avoid buying this desk in the future and I think I will avoid buying from Primecables from now on.
