Toner is not working in the printer. Although I have been receiving support to try and get it working I get contacted once a day to try and fix it which isn't very helpful. It is not worth the hastle to save a little moeny.

J'ai écrit à 123Ink pour remplacer ma cartouche (je n'ai pas commandé le bon modèle) et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. J'ai bien hâte de connaître la procédure de renvoi et d'échange. Je suis vraiment déçue de ne pas avoir de suivi.

I purchased this along with the moustache brand drum to see if they would have the same quality since it is such a better price. The toner is terrible, I have ghost printing on each page. I will be throwing this out as soon as my Brother toner arrives.

Cette cassette qui devait faire 5200 copies n'a fait à peine 1000. Vide elle pesait 500gr. Alors j'ai pesé la dernière achetée qui elle pesait 539gr. Je me questionne sur la durabilté de cette dernière. Peut-on faire 5200 copies avec 39gr de toner? J'apprécierais une réponse. Merci
