Sooo...we love the brush part..the bristles are GREAT for your back..the main problem with this product is, there is a flaw in the neck of the brush just above the brush itself. Made WAY TOO THIN for the long handle!! Maybe making the handle a bit shorter would work..because it does NOT have to be that long! It puts WAY TOO MUCH pressure on the neck of the brush as you go to use it!! Everyone one of ours has snapped..either by use, or just falling into the tub, or as in one case..just snapped off as I went to reach for it from it's hanger!! VERY poorly made in the neck area for sure!! But we still keep on ordering them hoping against hope..that we will get that magic one that won't break & maybe..just maybe the brush will wear out BEFORE the neck snaps again..??! THREE down & 2 more to go..or not!! Going be returning them this time if they break & send pics, as well... LOVE our SHOPPERS + ..just NOT loving these bath brushes....

Kind of torn on these..LOVE the brush part..but the connecting plastic is VERY weak..they break very easy at the brush handle connection & I have gone thru 3 of them already in a short period of time. Need to make that part MUCH stronger..PLEASE!!
