These really work! Just slip them into your pillow case on top of your pillow and it not only keeps your head cool while sleeping, it acts as a pillow protector as well. And at this price, they are FABULOUS value!

I've been buying those gel pads for years now. I put one in the freezer and place it inside my pillow case. I do have to put a light blanket over it before I place my head on it. It does hold the cooling sensation for a good 5-6 hours. Putting it in the freezer is NOT recommended but if not, the cooling sensation leaves after just a few minutes. The sides can crack and leak out gel.
