It's O.K. WITH SOME RESERVATIONS!!! The "am"compartments are labelled starting with Sunday on the left and they proceed by having each day's compartments runnining consecutively , until you reach the last compartment which is Saturday.. Now when you flip the pill box around to face the "pm" compartments, the first compartment on the left is Saturday, and the days work backwards and Sunday (the first day of taking the pills) is now the last compartment. While it's no big deal, I like to see the day's "am and Pm" side by side to ensure that I take my pills twice a day.

It works but the hinges are weak and won't last long. The price was great but the one I have that cost more is much better quality.
