Like the other comments. I purchased 2 of these for my 34 inch ultrawides and the arm holds everything perfectly... except the tilt. No matter how tight I made the tilt pressure, it simply couldn't hold up my monitor even though it is well under the supposed specs for this arm. Monitor for reference is a Dell U3415W. Weighs 18.6 lbs. Trying to get a higher model or simply a refund. Also disappointed...

Hello, Screen size is not the only factor that you have to consider before purchasing the stands or mounts for a display, making sure the VESA pattern and the weight of your display are matching with the mount is also necessary. Our customer service team will be able to assist you to confirm if a mount or stand can fit your display or not as well if you are not certain about it.
