    Very disappointed. I bought this 8 months ago, and today was the first time I adjusted the monitor on the right vertically. It now sags and faces the floor, it can't hold the monitor in place. It's a 22" monitor, well below the weight rating of the arm. I've tightened the bolt with no improvement. I've since realized the monitor was *never* being supported correctly, it was defective from day one. The bottom of the monitor was holding itself up because it was originally leaning against the arm itself. The hinge was never able to support the monitor. I've reached out to Prime Cables via Shopper Plus contact us form, I'm hoping for a warranty replacement, but I don't think I'd buy this again.

      The mounts are not able to support the weights as stated on the description. Both my monitors will permanently tilt downwards and do not stay upright even after tightening. The gas springs are fine but every other moving part is faulty.

        Mauvaise couleur et il ne veulent pas l échanger. Il m accorde un remboursement et je dois recommander un nouveau qui n est plus en spécial. Avec amazon ont paie peut-être un peut plus chère mais au moins ya toujours réparation en cas d erreur. Je ne recommande pas shopperplus.ca

          I do NOT recommend it. The reach does extend far enough, so if you want the monitors side-by-side, they will be way back into the desk. Plus, it WILL mark your desk, because of poor distribution of weight.

            I would love to give a review of this product, but due to delivery difficulties and waiting nearly two weeks for the item to be delivered, Shopper+ told me to order a similar product off another online retailer. Buyer beware! If you ordered this product expecting it to be delivered, the company's policy is to order from another retailer.
