Partly my fault for not reading specs closely enough... NOT ENOUGH VOLTAGE to power my portable phones. if you look real close in the grey bar under the "E" in Enerstar is say 1.2 volt. Most "AAA" devices need 1.5 volt - I didn't notice. They work on the little solar lights on my fence post, but not on my phone, mouse or remote.

The low quality is expected as they are cheap but what really troubled me was that I ordered two packs in the same order but they arrived in two separate packages, a week apart. The purpose of using rechargeable batteries is to help the environment but splitting the order into two packages and shipping them separately just doesn't make sense.

Not so strong 1/3 of power when open , new. Have to charge it before use, will let you know if it keep charge.
