I thought the balls would roll or move, but they don't. Doesn't do much.

Works alright, but sometimes comes apart when used. I would not recommend.

i asked for a return i usually do not but for this item i did i tried it and to small and balls are to close together just not for me i guess . i have other models at home and they are much better. of course no the same price.. but for me this is a beginner neck massager i am sure you will upgrade to a bigger and better model
