    Soap is fine, but the notch for the pump to depress down is off center. You might not like it if you are OCD.

          In general I found this product satisfactory. The item arrived frozen so I am not sure whether it is supposed to be very watery as a result of being frozen. The container leaked in the bag as well. I did like this product, it has a nice aroma, foams nicely and does what is is supposed to do. I will purchase again.
