I'm used to checking fridge and freezer temperatures at home daily, just like in commercial foodservice. It's an easy way to check if your food is being safely stored or is on it's way to the composter. I have multiple thermometers - one in each unit.

I have one in every fridge and freezer to always be sure that my food is not going to spoil (and that my appliance is working properly).
