I go through a lot of measuring tapes always looking for deals because I am hard on them. The steel in this tape is thin and the foot measure and inches run side by side it took awhile to get used to that. But a real good deal price wise!

Tape quality is what you expect for price. Spring tension seems to vary in the 4 I bought from just passable to very good..

first unit the plastic case was coming apart and the tape measure would not retract. it looked like the tape had been dropped. they sent out a replacement works as it should and looks to be good quality. would have given 5 star if the first unit worked as it should... time will tell.
