Very poorly made measuring tape. The strap barely lasted a few months before ripping off. It was fairly smooth action when it first arrived but quickly got sticky and inconsistent. The housing cracked after a drop from 3-4 feet off the ground. I'd recommend spending the money on a tried and true tape measure from a name brand that will last a lifetime with light use. I bought two of these and they're going in the trash!

This is a very basic tape measure which is not meant for more than occasional use imo. The magnetic hook is weak so basically non existent. Disappointing.
