    the mat is quite thick. not as light weight i was expecting to carry to a gym with me. but it's all good to use for home workout.

      Love this mat! I have always struggled with doing floor exercises because I am so bony along my back. This mat has finally allowed me to comfortably get back into yoga and some other floor exercises that were difficult for me to do before.
