This is pretty sturdy and good value for money. The leg bars are a little wobbly but you can't tighten them. The other thing is that you have to assemble the bench and there are a lot of pieces and little to no instructions on how to put it together. We figured it out but it did take a while so just a head's up for others.

Very good design. lived up to expectations. Easy to assemble except for one screw and thread not lining up for the padded board. So I just used a thick wood screw. Instructions are good. Haven't had time to try out for exercises. Easy to get on from the front an legs are supported at ankles and rear of knees
