just received this microwave and the door cannot be open therefor this cannot be used , contacted Shopper + to request a return order for replacement and did not get the support from your service department.

Worked well for about 15 months and then stopped heating. Contacted Shopper and this is what they say: as the 1 year warranty is over we can no longer help you. "In nutshell, the product is about good till it falls within warranty period, and the organization does not care after that." Pretty disappointing, to say the least.
