Very cheaply made. The top perch broke off already as the cat house is a cheap cardboard material. Now my cat refuses to use it as that's the only perch he would sleep on. $90 down the drain.

I really liked how the tree looked in the picture but when I actually received it in April 2019, I realized how terrible the quality is. As I was assembling it, one of the pieces broke off and now I can't use it. It simply lays disassembled in my living room, gathering dust. Very disappointing for such an expensive purchase... When I contacted the customer service several times online for the past two months - I sent pictures and queries - they answered at first but then simply ignored me. I'm extremely disappointed and still hope for help from the customer service because this is highly unprofessional. I'm attaching a picture to show the damaged piece that broke off. I suggest staying away from the brand of cat trees...

This product got 1 star simply because it was damage when I received it & there are parts that could possibly be dangerous for your pet. The house/condo section was completely cracked and broke right out of the box, therefore making that part of the tree useless. You can't put a post and bed on top of a box that can't hold the weight (the material they used for the house on the sides was just cardboard type stuff) NOT safe for your kitty!! The hammock is another safety issue, not very secure and could cause snagging and choking issues. Other than those problems I mentioned, it was easy to put together and looks cute. I've decided to keep it as it would be a major hassle to return. I just omitted the the house and second bed-tower, leaving a bigger platform for her to play on. Good thing I only have 1 cat. You'd still pay well over what I did at a pet store for this tree, so Im not 100% satisfied but it'll do.
