The product itself I believe might be fine, but my order was not okay .. The letters "H" (both of them) and the "D" were alway deflating, and after trying everything from scotch tape to tying the end -with no success. You can see how the letter H was deflating in the photo. So I had to go buy three separate letters, in order to use them a few day later at my other party. I endend up with a mix of two gold. Nobody commented, but it was definetly not the result I was hoping for.
