Couldn't be much easier to use. Does what I wanted - tracks weight whenever I use it. For the price, this is a HUGE improvement over our old mechanical bathroom scale. I didn't put much faith into all of the additional "readings" it comes up with, since I was fairly certain they are just calculating them from height, weight and age assuming "typical" body build, as opposed to actual measurements ... HOWEVER - if I weigh myself with rubber soled slippers, it does NOT provide any of those additional readings - it just shows weight and BMI, which makes sense if those silver discs are in fact taking electrostatic readings. They don't mention anywhere that you need to weigh yourself barefoot to get all of the readings. I still don't put much stock in them, but I will be tracking how they change over time to see if I notice trends based on what I eat and how much I exercise. All in all, a great purchase.

It is a nice scale having a good size, so it is not taking much space in the bathroom. I used the OKOK app which gives all the metrics required and a history too. You need to have the 4 round metals wet so the scale can have the readings (not necessary for the the weight), so either to take the reading after a shower or I use my finger tip to put some water on the 4 round metals and it will give the readings immediately otherwise you will not see the readings in the app

A must have for fitness enthusiasts. I've been using it for over a year without any issues.

Really really good for the price. The app's a little janky so I don't use that part but the scale itself works wonders for how inexpensive it is.
