Product was dirty/doesn't look new and one screw was at the bottom of the box. Not sure if this was a returned product. I won't be able to install it for a few weeks to test if it works properly.

Overall quite frustrating to use. The screws are on internal washers which makes them hard to hook a wire over as they keep moving in and out. The plastic moulding around the screws doesn't help either, and makes it slightly larger than typical GFCI devices. One of them failed the self test after a few months of use. Overall however they are solid and once installed, work well. also an amazing price and includes stickers to identify downstream protected devices.
