This item was obviously used and returned (and was not checked by shopper-plus when it was????). One of the permanent bolts (welded-on and integral to the back mount, so not replaceable) showed that a nut had been previously put onto it, and had been either cross threaded or was not metric (as is required). Also the included “cable management clip” that clips onto the arms to keep your cables organized, was cracked and broken. Have been a long time customer here at Shopper+, and had higher expectations of quality…..this purchase was disappointing.

poor quality picture

Je l'ai reçu le 1er janvier, mais je n'ai pas encore pu l'utiliser, la télécommande ne fonctionne ps et les commandes sur le téléviseur sont insuffisantes pour le brancher et choisir la source. Lundi dernier le 6 janvier, on m'a promis que je recevrais une nouvelle télécommande dans un délai de 3 à 4 jours. Je l'attend toujours. Enfin, chaque fois que j'appelle pour me plaindre, le délai d'attente est d'environ 1 demi heure et on refuse de me laisser parler au département technique.

Reçu que le 5 janvier, trop tard, doit retourné

Frankly I am disappointed. Should have know better. I is likely fine in a bedroom for TV but I am using it for my monitor. If you know what trees look like with Google maps. More like a painting than a photo. That is what I have. I like to size but not the detail. Oh well save my pennies for a new one. My own fault.

The bracket is not as good as its made out to be. For me the back plate would bot attach to the arm as the scrww holes were out of line.
