I ordered my toner cartridges on May 28th and have still not received them (it is now June 12th). I ended up going to Staples to purchase toner so I could keep my business going. Very disappointed! I will continue to get my toner from a more reliable source. Not sure why it takes two weeks for you to ship toner and Staples shipped had it to me in less than 48 hours.

Total garbage. The new cartridge leaves vertical lines on the whole list. Closer to both edges colour loses density (fades out).
