Originally, I was pleased with the size of the desk, the automatic height adjustment, etc. However, there is a continuous pulsing sound that emits whenever it is connected to the power. It may not be irritating to everyone, but it personally does irritate me as it's audible enough for me to find it difficult to concentrate at times. In addition, every now and then, the desk prompts a reset (RST), then when it gets reset to the lowest height, gets stuck in an error loop of E21, E23, and RST (lifting only one leg of the frame). The desk can then stay stuck at its lowest height for weeks on end. Sometimes it will suddenly fix itself, but then it may get stuck in the error loop again for another few weeks.
