    Came with a busted chip, the printer failed on it with a "supply memory error". I had to do a lot of printing urgently and this problem prevented any printing. Called customer support, she said she needs to talk to the technical people and will call back in 2 days. Never happened. Filled out an on-line return form, still waiting.

      The cartridge did not work. Left a note with customer support for a refund/replacement but never heard back!
