The printer kept on rejecting the cartridges. For the last 1 month, all I am doing is just frustratingly waiting for the replacement cartridges. They have sent me 4 replacements and yet not all the INK cartridges work. But the reason I am providing a 5 Star is because of their customer service every time I reached out to them they fixed the issue by resending the package. This means they back their product well and I like that part. The ink that worked actually worked well and I couldn't see any relative difference from the original. Although the inks are little more saturated, Since I have a spectrometer so not a big deal for me as I recalibrated my profiles for those specific papers after printing. I am still waiting for the last replacement cartridges though.

I bought this ink because you assured me it would work in my printer, based on my printer's most recent firmware update. I haven't put it in yet because there's a little ink in the cartridge that came with the printer, but soon I will know. I used your inks in my old, defunct, Epson 1400 and it lasted over a decade, so I expect good things from my new XP-15000 with your ink in it.

Although the price is better than OEM it is still too expensive. I will not be purchasing ink from Shopper+ from now on. I purchased refillable ink cartridges and ink bottles from another source and will be refilling my own.

After I installed him, I set up my printer as normal and when I painted my document, nothing showed up.... It was no name product. Basically, it was not registered with epson label.
