service was fast! cartridges had or showed on my printer only half full of ink...and then kept getting "close scanner unit" error message after I installed these (remanufactured) cartridges. Still not able to open the printer without this error message showing and has disabled my printer. I contacted customer service and she responded very quickly, she was very pleasant, understanding and helpful. Troubleshooting instructions did not work. returning for replacement to see if that works
