One of the few kitchen gadgets that I purchase that was a little disappointing. I tried chopping up lettuce leafs, but the knife "dragged" the leafs back and forth rather than cutting them. I'm sure it would work fine if I used "chunks" rather than loose "leafs:.

The bowl needs to be completely full, before cutting is really effective! Doesn’t work well if only half full.

biggest problem is food sticks in slotted section and some pieces do not get cut, especially lettuce.
