      Although this box worked perfectly at the start, I started having problems after 6 months. By the time I had it 9 months nothing worked properly. I contacted prime cables and they suggested I return it. They emailed me a prepaid return label and I sent it back. The refund was prompt. Although I am disappointed in the product I am impressed with the company. The real test of the worth of a company is when you have a problem, and they resolved it very quickly. I will continue to deal with this company and will recommend them to others.

          I use WIFI for connection, have to reboot/reset network setting every half an hour

            Worked good when I first purchased it and was impressed. Intended to use it mostly as a Netflix box. However about 4 weeks after I started using it Netflix stopped working. Did a factory reset and still not working for Netflix. For the error code given in Netflix it is indicating that the device is not supported by the Netflix app. When you go to Google Play it actually states that the device is not supported for the Netflix app. Not sure what happened seeing that it was working but unfortunately it is of little use to me now.
