Hooks work wonderfully. The double adhesive strips that come with them is total crap. I ended up using bits of a 3M command strip, and this works wonder. Those little hooks work wonders for loose plugs, wires, charger cables and so forth. Definitely recommended, but you need extra decent double-sided adhesive strips - forget the cheap ones that are bundled with it.

Doesn’t always stick

cheap plastic and cheap adhesive. but then again it is very inexpensive compared to alternatives in market. good for cables you dont use often but want to have within reach

Doesn't stick well on metal.

The clips are good but the 2 sided foam tape doesn't stick to anything for any length of time even when I clean the surfaces well beforehand, dont even stick to the clips well, ended up using my own 2 sided foam tape with the clips
