Magenta doesn't work, quality isn't good.

I bought these colour ink cartridges back in early December 2020. That's now some 5 months ago. As I have needed to replace colour inks as they run out, each of these as worked for a few days before the printer, a Brother MFC-J6530DW, which is an 11" x 17" printer, started informing me that it cannot detect the ink cartridge. This has happened to all three! Tonight was the last straw. The last cartridge, a cyan, did exactly the same as the magenta and the yellow before it. These cartridges are full of ink and utterly useless. I have purchased many ink cartridges from this site over the years, going back to the time when the site was called 123inkcartidges.ca. And, in that time, I have had a few dud ink cartridges, mostly Canon compatible. But this is simply ridiculous. 123ink.ca NEEDS to produce better products.

It physically fits, but it was not recognized by our printer - I had to buy the OEM version.
