Ils ne m'ont pas envoyé l'encre générique choisi sur leur site web. Je l'avais choisi en fonction des bons commentaires. Ils m'ont envoyé une encre générique T502 d'un autre manufacturier. Je les ai contacté leur expliquant le problème et obtenu comme seule réponse que c'était tout de même de l'encre t502. They didn't send me the generic ink chosen from their website. I chose it based on the good reviews. They sent me a generic T502 ink from another manufacturer. I contacted them explaining the problem and got as only answer that it was still t502 ink.

The epson black ink I received, isn't black. Everything is printing brown....and it's awful.

trop cher pour quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas !!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't read the Epson manual close enough to see that 3rd party ink will not work in Epson computers. I have now ruined my printer, as it doesn't print properly and has white lines going through all of my printing. It may be an idea to give customers a heads up to check their manual to see if 3rd party inks can be used. I will always NOW pay for the proper ink. Lesson learned.

J'ai recu des bouteilles de differentes marques. L'image laisse croire que ce sont des encre epson, Ce n'est pas le cas. Je les ai retourner sans probleme.

I rated this poorly merely on the fact that I was sent the wrong product (Brother print Cartridges rather than the Epson Compatible Ink). I am awaiting the proper product and now have to make a 30 minute drive into Barrie so I can return the wrong product that was sent to me. No offer or consideration was extended for my troubles. Not great Customer Service in the year 2022.
