This seat is great. I'm older now and I coverted my tub to a shower. To have a seat installed by the people who coverted my tub to a shower wanted a lot of money. I bought this for a great price. This seat/bench is just what I needed It is sturdy,stylish. It does not wobble. It does not take up a lot of space. I would buy this again

Well built, feels like a high quality item, easy to assemble. No complaints at all. Hopefully it holds up in the shower.

So I really wanted to love this bench. And I like it however here are the pros and cons. Pro, very sturdy, well built, holds 220 lbs, great look, has a shelf for storage which is nice, Cons, the finishing is not good - when I was putting the unit together I got multiple wood slivers in my finger. So I'm a little afraid to fit on it without clothing in the shower. Also I'm not sure if the product will last in the shower or manage the humidity within the bathroom for years to come. I guess that is yet to be seen. Also a little unstable in the shower as shower floors aren't flat. I think the company could work a little harder on the finishing and the overall concept. And hoping mold won't grow on the bamboo in the years to come. For these reasons I took off two stars but I think i'm at a 3.5 star situation.
