Works as expected. Wish the arm straps were a little longer.

Works as advertised., although the heat could be better. My teen and I both use it, and we both find that it helps. Glad I purchased this unit.

Works ok for now. Straps are a little short for a tall person.

Strong massage, but one point off because it doesn't get very warm.
