It works as intended. Has helped with my lower back.Not ideal to permanently on your car seat or desk chair as there is no back cushion so it uncomfortable to lean on when not on and it very thick so there is less seating room to work with. The quick connect cable does disconnect unintentionally if the cable is pulled abit.

It is a lot harder then i thought it would be. I tried it on my sore neck, it made it hurt more, there should be some foam or something soft, it feels like you are lying on moving rocks.

for the price there are similar products at this price point on Amazon. i prefer buying from shopper+ as they say they're a Canadian brand but this item is cheaply made in China, came with Chinese instructions and had spelling mistakes on the box.

for the price honestly i don't know if its worth because there are similar products at this price point on Amazon. I'm disappointed because they always say they'rea Canadian brand but this item is cheaply made in China, came with no instructions and had spelling mistakes on the box. (i bought for a gift so it was embarrassing) the handle of the box i got was pulled out which bothered me because it was for a gift but if not that wouldn't have been a problem for me
