I ordered 16 Pinatas over a month ago, I received 12. Followed up with customer service to find out when I will receive the remaining 4. They keep telling me that they send the information to the warehouse and they will send me the remaining pinatas, it’s been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received it. At this point I honestly don’t know if I will ever receive it or if they are hoping I will forget and move on. Very poor customer service, I don’t recommend purchasing anything here.
