The printer is not accepting the color cartridge. I get en error saying the printer is blocking the color cartrisge as it is not an HP original. The black cartridge works fine.

I bought this set BECAUSE it said it was compatible with my printer model. It does not work! Waste if money and ink.

I bought these after market HP64XL Black and Tri-color cartridges to save about 25 per cent of the cost of original HP ink cartridges. They worked OK for about 20 pages: then my printer gave me a messages that I had installed reconditioned cartridges and that they were going to not work. They continued to print but the color and print quality deteriorated badly. Would not buy these again.
