Sent me a broken piece now i just have a giant pile of stuff sitting on the floor instead of a trolley. Said they would send the piece but never sent it, never got a refund or anything

This was ordered for small projects, but alas it came broken. I reached out to Shopper+ but they never got back to me. Only wanted a replacement. Only reason the 1 star (hate) is because this is the first time Shopper+ failed to acknowledge it with no return options on the item. Otherwise always had the best experience with Shopper+

The head broke after trying to cut through wood. now the head spin in the loose making this item useless.

Je n'est pas reçu mon article (erreur de FEDEX), et malgré plusieurs relances du transporteur de shopper+ je reste sans retour, pour mon colis. sans aucune solution pour mon cas :(
